my room was spacious, clean, and decorated tastefully. I had warm scones with cream team on arrival, it was beautiful. the food in the restaurant was excellent, i recommend the muscles, steak, and seafood tagliatelle.

The dinner and breakfast were very good. the location offered a great starting point for a short evening walk to the loch via an underpass. all staff members seemed cute (i especially appreciated the help with directions). i found the dog-friendly environment nice. I saw several guests with their pets.
i noticed floorboards throughout the hotel rooms, corridors, and so on, need repair. i could hear every movement, and this was the noisiest hotel i have ever experienced (it somewhat affected my sleep).

i found the food amazing and fresh. the steak was cooked perfectly, and all other meals were also delicious (the steak pie and fish pie are solid choices).

the room was clean and well kept. the breakfast had a wide range of choices including a vegetarian option. the staff in reception and in the dining area were cute and helpful.
on my second night, i experienced the worst night's sleep i have ever had in a hotel. there were people smoking right outside my room from midnight, and they chatted loudly. this noise woke me up.

The room included a comfortable bed. The bathroom featured an excellent shower. We also appreciated the excellent food served in the restaurant, prepared by a great chef with nice proportions. The staff were very cute and helpful .

Wonderful Stay with Loch Views

The staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged a special cake selection as a surprise at dinner. There was lots of outside space to walk dogs. The hotel is literally a minute's walk from the loch and its views.
The room felt a bit tired. The shower basin had a chip. There was some scuffing on the walls, especially under the bathroom sink.

The staff was very courteous and polite (I appreciated this a lot). They were professional and helpful when I explained the order. I had no issues whatsoever when requesting assistance with my luggage.
